I dunno what to say!

Ok I'm just not good at keeping up with a blog. I keep seeing it when I log on but am too lazy to sit here and try to figure out what to write.

Let's see... Jessi came down on Saturday with Jaina and stayed for 2 nights. She went home on Monday and left Jaina here so she could spend time with Greg. I went to Conway to take Jaina home on Tuesday. Let me just say that there is a reason I have no children yet. I love Jaina with all my heart and I don't really remember life without her. BUT... she is a lot of work.

Her poor little mouth hurts because she's teething, and she cries very loudly because of it. I would feed her, change her, try to rock her, and all of that stuff you do when you can't figure out what's wrong. And after all of that .... she would still be crying. So then I gave her teething tablets and gas drops because I didn't know which it was. And she still cried, so about 10 minutes later I gave her tylenol drops. And after that she stopped crying. But by that point I was about to start crying with her because she had been crying for so long, so we got ready and went to see her Meme at school for a couple of hours.

Those kids at school just LOVED to see her. One of the kids said "I have a Mady like that!" because he has a baby sister named Mady. It was so sweet!! Two of them just couldn't contain themselves because they wanted to hold her so bad, so Mama had them sit on the couch and they both held her for a minute or two. After that they were happy.

Then I went to Conway to take her home and got to stay with her all day Wednesday. She was a happy baby that day. We watched Sesame Street and Mr. Roger's Neighborhood, played with her toy monkey and visited her mommy at the bank. Then she had to go to the doctor for 4 month checkup and to get shots. That was the worst I had ever seen her cry and I almost cried myself just feeling her pain. I felt so sorry for her! I love that child so much! I can't imagine having my own!!!

So much for not having anything to talk about.......

I also want to add that my mother is a very smart, wonderful person. I don't give her enough credit for it. My latest discovery if this involved natural peanut butter. There is a reason she would not buy everything I asked her to buy as a child. I always wanted to try natural peanut butter, but she always said it would be gross so she would never buy it. So as an adult now I try to explore new foods that she didn't buy. I've discovered some new stuff I like, such as Lunchables and coctail weenies, but the natural peanut butter is still not so hot. I started to stir the oil in and it involved me having to scrape all the stuff into a bowl just to be able to stir it. Then it still doesn't get all hardened up enough to stay on a sandwich.... it it just really doesn't taste that good. So... wonder what else I can discover later.

Anniversary and What Not

Ok so Saturday was my anniversary. I was a good one, too! My mom and I went to town and got our nails done. Well, I got a pedicure and she got a mani- and pedi-. Then we went to Cato's and I got 2 new shirts and a new pair of jean capri's. Chris and I went to Red Lobster for supper and I ordered actual lobster this time... I must say it's not so hot... especially to pay over $10 for the side dish of it. If I would have ordered a meal of lobster, it would have been over $20!!! After that we went to Behind The Mall Cinema and saw "Ghosts of Girlfriends Past" and it was pretty good.

So Friday is my last day of school. I am SOOOO ready for it to be over. I've just had it up to *here* with some of the people that I work with. I left early today because I couldn't stop crying because of stupid stuff. I wish I wasn't so sensitive and I wish I could confront people better. My problem is when I do attempt to confront, then I get all nervous and just start crying uncontrollably. It's a little bit ridiculous.

Last night after church and after grocery shopping, I was trying to put everythin up but I have no room whatsover in my closet. And I got a little carried away and just started pulling stuff out of my closet. It was pretty productive though. I got 3 trash bags of winter stuff that I didn't wear all year and like 1/2 bag of summer stuff as I was putting that stuff up. I still have a HUGE pile of winter clothes to fold and put away. And omg... all the summer stuff that was boxed up smelled like mildew and has some MOLD on it. I'm getting so tired of all the mold. So since I'm home early from my crying adventures today, I'm going to feel better by washing and hanging up all my clothes for summer and putting away all the winter clothes. And then if I'm not too lazy I might start on Chris' clothes for him.

Ohoh ... We got iPods yesterday... they are sooo tiny. Mine is pink and Chris' is blue. We're still trying to figure out how to put songs on them from CD's and not have to buy songs from iTunes. But that was Chris trying to figure it out while I was doing all the laundry last night. I'm hoping that I'll figure it out when I start looking at them.

Anyhoo, tata for now.

Gray's Anatomy... Why?!?

OMG!!! Why would they do that on Gray's Anatomy?!? That's just awful. Ok, so I was kind of expecting Izzy to be "killed off" the show, but then she was all ok and starting to get better. And George... for real? They want to kill him off like that? All no faced and contorted?! SO WRONG!!! I was actually crying like they were real people. I know, that's a little ridiculous, but I was just all messed up about it all.

And really? We've been waiting this long for Derrick and Meridith to get married and all they do in the end is vow to each other their never ending love on a Post-It... That's just riDONKulous.

I now have a blog...

Okay... so I had to get a blog just so I can post messages on my sister's blog. Plus, I figure it won't hurt to be able to vent on here if I need to and talk about cool stuff going on in my life.

I so just got a new ring guard for my 1 year anniversary. I'm so excited to get to wear it. It's a bit flashy, but... that's okay... I just like blingy, flashy, sparkly stuff! My mom has always said that I'm part gypsy. Chris and I went to get one yesterday and I was talked out of the one I wanted, but then I wasn't happy with it because I knew which one I wanted, so we went back today and traded it for the new one.

He's also gonna take me to Red Lobster on Saturday and then to a movie... We went to Cracker Barrel last night for his present. I got him a new belt with his name on the back (since his tummy keeps growing) and a belt buckle with a pretty deer on the front and like 3 little bags of candy that he likes. I'm just excited that it's been a year! Go us!!!

Ok... bye for now.
